In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, Amen!
As you begin your time of devotion, today, I invite you to take a minute or two to click the link below and watch the video of a Psalm below and settle your heart and focus your mind on the Lord. Feel free to watch as much or as little of the video as you want.
Let’s conclude today’s devotion with a time of prayer.
Heavenly Father,
Everything You do is good. You ways are good and Your will is good. Help me to always come to You with all my needs and requests and always be able to say, “Not my will, but Thine be done.” For I know Your ways are better than mine and Your wisdom is wiser than mine. Thank You for being good. Thank You for giving me what is good even when it’s not what I wanted or asked for.
(Take this time to pray whatever is on your heart.)
The Lord’s Prayer:
Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; And forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever and ever.
