We have a great group of people of all ages, who are very friendly and welcoming. Pastor Kurt’s messages are Bible based and relate to our everyday life. There are awesome activities for kids and teenagers. In fact, some of our teens just attended an amazing faith-building experience at our National Youth Gathering in Houston with thousands of other young people. I needed something authentic - and that seemed to elude me in adulthood. I didn’t want going to church to feel like a perfunctory “obligation.” I wanted to WANT to be there…
Two years ago, my beloved dad was on life support and Covid had just begun. A family friend put us in touch with Pastor Kurt. He immediately came to the hospital, only to be turned away by staff. It took me a couple of hours to get hospital permission, and he came right back to tend to us at my father’s bedside. He gave me such immense comfort that night.  When he invited me to visit Faith, something spoke to my heart. I began tuning in to remote services (Covid,) and praying for the community with Pastor Kurt during the week. My kids and I were going through some life-changing, tumultuous times, and Pastor Kurt was an anchor in our storm. I talked and prayed with him by phone numerous times.
A couple of months later, we finally got to go to an in-person service. Everyone I met was so welcoming and “real.”  I felt safe and comfortable immediately. Faith soon became our church home.  Though our worship still takes place in a tiny, unassuming dance studio, our love for each other is big — and God is there. Pastor Kurt gives thoughtful insights and keeps everyone engaged. It’s often conversational. Once a month, we have a  brunch service, where we eat together and have a discussion-based service. No matter what kind of format we are doing, my soul gets fed at Faith. ;) Pastor Kurt is also musically gifted, and we sing a mixture of both traditional hymns and newer, poignant songs. We have fun and laugh. :) The kids in the congregation are actively included and involved — both during services and outside of them. Monthly, an entire service is for the kids — and it’s fantastic. Faith feels like family.
I firmly believe that, even as we inevitably grow in number or move into different buildings, Faith will consciously remain a close-knit group of imperfect people— focused on Jesus, His Word, and Love for each other.
I’m so blessed to have found what I’d been looking for all of these years. Please come check us out. :)

He is one of the few people I have met that have a deep understanding of the christian faith and is able to communicate it in a way that people can understand. Thanks be to God!
