Connect with People – Who Do You Already Know

When we talk about “making disciples of all nations,” it can sound overwhelming and distant. We may think of sending missionaries to other parts of the world. However, the missionary field is much closer. It’s all around us.

The mission of bringing Jesus to those who don’t know Him means connecting with people who don’t know Him. The good (and bad) news is that you probably already know some people who don’t believe in Jesus. So, you’ve already connected with them at least to some level.

These people who you already know are a great place to start. One of the biggest hurdles is already passed. Now, you can be intentional about strengthening that connection and deepening your relationship with them.

I say, “be intentional,” because it often takes intentionality to strengthen a relationship.

Today: Think about who you already know who needs Jesus. Pray for them. Think about ways you can deepen your relationship with them.
