Hi! I am Terrell and I will be doing a youth blog.

I think that in the world we live in today, it must be hard to be a young person and a Christian all at once. I know in my personal life it is hard to share my faith with people because of the, “What ifs?”

What if they treat me differently?
What if they make fun of me?
What if they ask questions I don’t have an answer to or understand?

It can be frustrating, but there are simple solutions.

Talk to your pastor or someone you can trust to get the appropriate answers.
Pray and ask God to put the right people in your life so you can talk openly, without shame.

If all else fails, remember these 2 things.

Number 1, God made you. According to Genesis, “SO God created man in his own image…” Genesis 1:27.

Number 2, He knew all about you before you were even created. “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee…” Jeremiah 1:5. I hope these scriptures comfort you and make it easier to share your faith (even a little at a time).
